Are you a young adult who is currently providing or have provided care in the past 12 months to someone living with dementia?
Caring4Carers wants to hear from you! Caring4Carers is inviting young adults (ages 18 – 24) providing care for someone living with dementia to join us in co-designing a tool to help young caregivers!
We are seeking individuals:
– Ages 18 – 24
– Fluent in English
– Currently residing in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA)
– Currently providing care or have provided care in the past 12 months to someone living with dementia (including but not limited to dressing/grooming, administering medications, providing practical/financial care and/or emotional support)
What’s involved:
– Use YOUR VOICE and IDEAS
– Work alongside others with similar experiences
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
Appreciation: $20 gift card/workshop plus applicable transit fee or parking passes
This study has been approved by the University of Toronto Ethics Board (Protocol #: 44216).
