Il est normal d\u2019\u00eatre anxieux de temps en temps. Mais chez certains, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peut durer des semaines, voire des mois et m\u00eame se transformer en un sentiment d\u2019angoisse constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 prend le dessus sur le quotidien d\u2019une personne, cela peut signifier qu\u2019elle souffre d&#8217;un trouble de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui peut provoquer de la nervosit\u00e9, des difficult\u00e9s de concentration, de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9, des tensions musculaires, des maux de t\u00eate, de la fatigue et des troubles du sommeil. L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peut interrompre ou m\u00eame emp\u00eacher les personnes qui en souffrent de participer \u00e0 diverses activit\u00e9s telles que l\u2019\u00e9cole, le travail, la vie sociale, les activit\u00e9s sportives ou r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives, les relations amoureuses et autre chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les crises d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sont les moments d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou de peur intense. Si la personne dont tu t\u2019occupes a des crises d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, cela peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s intense et effrayant pour vous deux. Un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 mentale peut aider ton proche \u00e0 travailler sur ses pens\u00e9es, ses \u00e9motions, ses comportements et ses d\u00e9clencheurs. Pour aider l\u2019\u00e9quipe de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver les meilleures possibilit\u00e9s de traitement, asusres-toi de noter les sympt\u00f4mes et les comportements de ton proche.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Renseigne-toi autant que possible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Si c\u2019est possible, accompagnes ton proche \u00e0 ses rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux et pr\u00e9pares une liste de questions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale. Fais des recherches sur les troubles anxieux, ce \u00e0 quoi il faut s\u2019attendre et les moyens d&#8217;y faire face.
