Je m\u2019occupe de ma m\u00e8re, qui est atteinte d\u2019un cancer du sein depuis environ un an et demi. Je l\u2019ai aid\u00e9e \u00e0 changer ses pansements apr\u00e8s l\u2019op\u00e9ration, je lui apporte un soutien \u00e9motionnel et j\u2019accomplis aussi plusieurs t\u00e2ches \u00e0 la maison. Ma m\u00e8re est une femme tr\u00e8s forte. Elle a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s active et ind\u00e9pendante. La voir dans un \u00e9tat o\u00f9 elle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas capable de prendre soin d\u2019elle-m\u00eame et o\u00f9 je devais l\u2019aider, c\u2019\u00e9tait vraiment un coup dur pour moi sur le plan \u00e9motionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon conseil pour les jeunes aidants naturels est de ne pas oublier de prendre aussi soin de toi-m\u00eame. Tu ne peux pas prendre soin de ton proche si tu ne prends pas soin de toi-m\u00eame. Prends le temps chaque jour de faire quelque chose pour te d\u00e9tendre, et souviens-toi que tu ne peux pas physiquement tout faire et que c\u2019est correct.<\/p>\n\n\n
