Par ailleurs, tu trouveras peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019entrer en contact avec d\u2019autres jeunes aidants naturels qui comprennent ta situation peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress et le sentiment d\u2019isolement.
