“That’s Just What We Do”: Rethinking Care, Race, and Cultural Expectations Conversation happening with the Young Caregiver Council of Canada on April 27 from 7-8pm.

Join the Young Caregiver Council of Canada for a conversation with children’s book author Valene Campbell on how storytelling can help us explore race  and intersectionality in the context of young caregiving. Followed by a collaborative, hands-on exercise and discussion to highlight many different understandings of culture and care.

Facilitated by Nicholas Goberdhan, and presented in collaboration with the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence.
