It feels like summer flew by and suddenly school has started again! How was your first week back? I know some have opted to continue online, and others are excited to be in person again. Whether the start of the school year is a happy time or an anxious time for you, it is no doubt an adjustment for those of us with caregiving responsibilities.
Some people are starting university or college, and may have moved from home for the first time. Others are reconnecting with old friends in person for the first time in awhile. Whatever your week was like, we’d love to hear about it!

I find that the most challenging thing about going back to college full-time is changing your daily routines and getting back in the mindset needed for school work. Throughout the summer, your brain takes a break for constant critical thinking and is difficult to retrain your mind back into what it needs to accomplish.
