Toronto Public Library resources & workshops

Hi everyone,

If you happen to live in Toronto or nearby, just wanted to share that I recently found out the Toronto Public Library has great resources for caregiving and support. Everything is free, and in addition to all their books and online resources they offer workshops on dementia caregiving with info about available community services, and workshops on financial planning and stress management! Outside of caregiving they also have some fun arts/DIY workshops (also free) where you can drop in and make something like a tote bag or a terrarium :). All the info for these can be found on their website (https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca).
